Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for completed orders. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Opened/Used Items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email that your return has been received and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within a few days.

Subscription Purchases: You can cancel monthly subscriptions anytime via your Account Settings in the website header. If you’ve already been billed for the current month, cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it might take some time for the refund to appear. If necessary, reach out to your bank for additional processing time. If you still haven’t received your refund after this, please contact us at info@sniffybar.com

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
